SERAPHIM Business Operating System Solutions is a Philippine software company that builds industry-specific business systems for Philippine SMEs — starting with the trade we know best: travel.
It started with our own travel agency.
Before ITINERIS was a product, it was the system we built to run Travel Tayo Travel Solutions Inc. — our own travel agency's bookings, supplier deals, billing, and BIR filings. Once it worked well enough to trust with real money and real compliance, we turned it into a product other Philippine agencies could license.
That's the model for everything SERAPHIM builds: a product only earns a spot in the lineup once it's proven inside a real, running business — not designed in the abstract and hoped into the market.

Why every product ends in “-IS.”
ITINERIS is Latin — the genitive of iter, "of the journey." Every SERAPHIM product follows the same system: the Latin genitive of the trade it serves, one word, registered with its own license-signing keypair in our back office.

The one deliberate exception: our 7th product keeps the internal codename TINDERIS to match the family, but drops the Latin entirely for its public name, TindahanKo ("my store"). The person opening that app is a sari-sari store owner, not a procurement officer — warmth beats Latin when the buyer is a person, not a business.
